If you purchased an item and it did not fit your pet, we can exchange it for you!
According to the Brazilian Consumer Code, exchanges will only be made if communicated within the established period, which is seven calendar days after receiving the product.
If the exchange is due to wrong size, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To ensure your purchase is satisfactory, before making the purchase, check all of your pet's measurements and compare them with the size chart available on the product pages.
